Current Projects:
New School Buildings – We are currently in the midst of a building project.
We’ve asked our partners what the immediate needs are in Southern Sudan, and they’ve requested school buildings to be built so that there is an adequate environment for students to learn. Many students are without education in Southern Sudan simply because there’s no space for them.
The Project: Nadus has listened to some specific requests by our partners and we have committed to help in the building of 1.) a primary school, that will be fully staffed by qualified teachers, and 2.) to help re-build a high school (the only one in the area) that was destroyed during a wind storm. This is a huge project and we need financial contributions to help us make this happen!
This Project costs $100,000.00 for the building of the two buildings. We’ve raised $4100.00 towards this goal so far! Click on the button on the Left of the page to Donate now!

Other Education Facts
“A young girl in Southern Sudan has a better chance of dying in childbirth than she does of completing primary school.”
A statistic like this is staggering! In a country where only 2% of boys, and 0.5% of girls complete their primary education, something must be done to change the odds. Many Sudanese students and teachers are willing to fight for a brighter education in the New Sudan but are unable to do so due to a lack of funding and school materials, damaged or non-existent school buildings, and little to no opportunities for teacher training.
Nadus Films sees this as being one of the most crucial needs facing Southern Sudan. We must act, in unity, to help the Sudanese do what is needed to improve education in their country. Through our partners, we are building buildings, providing teaching materials and student scholarships, and training teachers to better equip their students.
